Through a series of development stages our coordinator & consultants are able to determine and support clients needs based upon their individual assessments and goals.

Coordinator/coach assess the client to find out their needs, wants, and goals. In this time the client will find out whether business ownership or employment is right for them.

Micro-Enterprise Development
Our development team will assist clients develop a business plan, financial literacy, identify funding options, daily operation procedures, business coaching, and long term development.

Customized Employment
Assist with the development of an employment plan based on an individualized determination of the strengths, needs and interests of the job candidate and potential workforce barriers. Once the candidate’s goals are established, one or more potential employers are identified.
