Matt Silvius Enterprise was born in 2009 through the collaborative efforts of Kern Regional Center, Business Builders, and the owner, Matthew Silvius. Matt Silvius Enterprise began small; but Matt’s perseverance and ingenuity has led what was once a minuscule vending machine route to a successfully developing provider of Emergency Preparedness Kits. Matt Silvius Enterprise produces and distributes a variety of Emergency Preparedness Kits and provides Disaster Awareness presentations primarily throughout the Kern County area. Matt has continued with the expansion of his vending machine route and also currently has two re-mastered golf carts available for purchase. Matt Silvius is an entrepreneur who is intelligently seeking business development and expansion every day.

Tracey Mensch's dreams of becoming independent has gotten one step closer then she ever imagined. With a lot dedication and hard work, Tracey is happy to announce that her site is up and ready to take orders! Tracey's inspirations is dedicated to provide quality inspirational gifts, bible covers, and hand-grafted greeting cards. Currently available on the website are the mug and gifts sets. Each one has its own unique scripture. Tracey also offers inspiration speaking on a wide range of topics as well as supplying individuals or groups information about the America ns with Disabilities Act.

Michael Gauthier, or as he is known around Bakersfield, Hot Dog Mike, is the proud owner of Mikey’s Hot Dog Stand. He has been in business since 2009 and has been happily serving his delicious hot dogs in his New York style cart, in the area since then. Michael has set up his cart and various locations in the community. He was invited to service the Cal State Bakersfield Roadrunner Men’s Baseball Division 1 season and the team awarded Michael “Vendor of the Year”. He has big plans and dreams to be consistently at various events and locations, so when you hear of Hot Dog Mike serving from his delicious menu around town, you will know its Mikey’s Hot Dog Stand.

He recognized an endless amount of opportunity for business development. Beginning with simply one, small vending machine, Daryn’s Home Run Vending has strategically positioned over a dozen different vending machines throughout the Bakersfield area. Daryn is persistently seeking to expand his vending machine route every day.
